All I want for christmas…

Weihnachten rückt näher und da dachte ich mir, mach ich mal ‘ne Auflistung meiner Wünsche. Gut… das die Erfüllung des ein oder anderen relativ unrealistisch ist weiß ich auch… aber wünschen kann man sich ja bekanntlich erstmal alles. Wenn mir in den nächsten Tagen noch ein paar schöne Dinge begegnen gibt’s hier vielleicht einen Wunschzettel, Part II. Also liebe Familie, liebster Freund, fühlt euch inspiriert, mir alles hier abgebildete zu schenken. Ich freu’ mich drüber!

Christmas is coming closer so I thought I’d make a wish list. Ok… I know that some of these wishes probably won’t come true… but I can at least wish for it. When I see more nice stuff during the next days I might create a wish list, part II. So, dear family, dear boyfriend, feel free to give me all these things for christmas. I’ll be very pleased with it!

Meine Hände sind gewappnet für den Winter. Mit diesen tollen Handschuhen! Schwarz, mit Zierknopfleiste und Hahnentrittmuster. Achja, warm halten sie auch noch. Was will man mehr?

My hands are forearmed for winter. With this great pair of gloves! Black, with an ornament button tape and houndstooth check. Oh, and they also keep warm. What more could one want?

Wer erinnert sich nicht an den guten alten Schulsport mit Bockspringen und Bodenturnen? Und genauso wie an den Sport selbst erinnern wir uns an die Materialien, die uns da umgaben: das glatte Leder und auch die perforierten blauen oder grünen Turnmatten. All das kann man nun wieder aufleben lassen – und zwar in Form einer Tasche! Zirkeltraining recycelt alte Sportgeräte und Matten und macht daraus neue Taschen. Handgefertigt. Jedes einzelne Stück! Ich durfte die Sachen schon real im Laden ansehen und muss wirklich sagen sehr cool! Leider dementsprechend uncool teuer, aber bald ist ja Weihnachten… Mehr Bilder nach dem Klick.

Who doesn’t remember the good old times of school sports with leapfrog and floor exercises? And we also remember the materials that we were surrounded with: smooth leather and the perforated blue or green gym mats. You can get all those memories back – in the form of bags! Zirkeltraining recycles old sports equipment and mats and turns them into new bags. Handmade. Every single piece! I had the chance to take a look at some of the stuff and I gotta say it’s pretty cool! Unfortunately consequently uncool expensive, but christmas is coming soon… More pics after the jump.

Da steh ich nun, zwischen Design made in Germany und Squaregirl und kann es noch gar nicht glauben: Laut dem speckyboy Design Magazine gehört Look at That zu den 40 Kick-Ass Personal Blog Designs! Wie geil is’ das denn bitte?! Vielen lieben Dank dafür, ich freue mich!

Heute gibt’s hier mal was ganz Neues. Essen. Nudeln. Die gab’s bei mir am Wochenende. Und weil sie so schön aussahen und dann auch noch richtig gut geschmeckt haben, musste ich das einfach mal hier verkünden. Die Zutaten? Frische Champignons, Cocktailtomaten, Basilikumpesto mit Pinienkernen, Nudeln natürlich, ein bisschen Hüttenkäse (unter die gebratenen Pilze und Tomaten mischen) und Gewürze. Alles zusammenhauen. Fertig!

Today, I’ve got something new here. Food. Pasta. I made that last weekend. And it didn’t only look good but was also very delicious so I just had to show the result here. The ingredients? Fresh mushrooms, cocktail tomatoes, basil pesto with pine nuts, of course pasta, some cottage cheese (to admix with the fried mushrooms and tomatoes) and spices. Put it all together. Done!

Ich hab noch nie was gewonnen. Ich finde aber, dass es langsam mal an der Zeit ist, was zu gewinnen. So ein Wochenendtrip nach Paris wäre zum Beispiel mal ganz nett. Da war ich noch nie. Ihr wollt wissen wie ich dahin kommen kann? Dann guckt mal nach dem Klick…

Nice, cosy and cool…

… diese Worte beschreiben das Michelberger Hotel in Berlin wohl ganz gut. Dieses Hotel schwebt irgendwie in seiner eigenen Sphäre. Am Eingang wird man direkt mit den Worten “I don’t wanna wake you up but I really wanna show u somethin” begrüßt und die Zimmer sind ein Traum! Sehr stylish! Wenn schon Hotel, dann ganz bestimmt das! Lasst euch von mehr Bildern überzeugen – nach dem Klick!

… those words describe the Michelberger Hotel in Berlin kind of good. This hotel just floats in its own galaxy. At the entrance, you are greeted with the words “I don’t wanna wake you up but I really wanna show u somethin” and the hotel rooms are just fabulous! Very stylish! Gesunde Bräune

So ‘ne leichte Bräune is’ doch was Schönes. Doch wie behält man seine Bräune im Herbst? Solarium? Zu ungesund und auf Dauer auch zu teuer. Meine Variante: Die Dove Sunshine Body Lotion. Spendet Feuchtigkeit, schimmert leicht und verleiht mit der Zeit eine schöne, natürliche Bräune. Und das Beste: Gab’s diese Woche im Angebot bei Rossmann!

A nice suntan looks great. But how do you keep it when summer ends and fall is coming? Solarium? Too unhealthy and too expensive. My alternative: The Dove Sunshine Body Lotion. Moisturises your skin, gives it a little shimmer and after some time a beautiful, natural tan. And the best: I bought it at a reduced price this week!

Bei der Margit Brandt-Ausstellung, die ich besucht habe, gab es nicht nur ihre Entwürfe zu bewundern, sondern auch ein paar tolle großformatige schwarz-weiß-Fotos aus den 70ern. Deswegen jetzt hier noch ein Post mit diesen Bildern. Nach dem Klick gibt’s wie immer mehr.
