Ich bin mir sicher, dass alle von euch dieses Video schon kennen, aber ich habe versprochen es hier zu zeigen. Außerdem kann man es gar nicht oft genug anschauen, schließlich ist sowohl die Story als auch Rihannas Look absolut sehenswert. Nach dem Klick gibt es also “We Found Love” für euch.

Wow, erkennt ihr die Lady auf dem Cover der Novemberausgabe der britischen Vogue? Es ist tatsächlich Rihanna! Mit platinblonder Perücke à la Marilyn Monroe und traumhauft glamouröser Robe wirkt die Sängerin ungewohnt ladylike. Gefällt mir! Nach dem Klick gibt’s übrigens ein Snippet aus Rihannas neuem Song “We Found Love”, für den sie sich Unterstützung von DJ Calvin Harris geholt hat. Das Video dazu folgt.

Wow, do you recognize the lady on the cover of the November issue of British Vogue? It’s indeed Rihanna! With the platinum blonde wig and the gorgeous gown the singer appears to be unfamiliarly ladylike. Pleasing! Achja, ich hab’s irgendwie mit den “R-Girls”: Rihanna und Robyn sind Dauerbrenner in meiner Playlist. Da Rihanna hier vor kurzem schon vertreten war, gibt’s heute wieder was von Robyn. “Love Kills” ist mein momentaner Ohrwurm. Und in weniger als vier Wochen geht’s aufs Konzert! YAY! Das Lied gibt’s wie immer nach dem Klick.

Well, I’m kinda into the “R-Girls”: Rihanna and Robyn are the long runners in my playlist. I recently posted new stuff of Rihanna so today it’s time for Robyn. Es gibt musikalischen Nachschub. Heute mal wieder von Rihanna. Für diejenigen unter euch, die das Album kennen, wird “S&M” nichts neues sein, denn der Song gehört wohl mit zu den eingängigsten der Platte. Jetzt gibt es endlich ein Video zur Single, was sich mit wenigen Worten beschreiben lässt: bunt, schrill, provokant … und mit viel Latex. Seht selbst…

Time for musical supplies. Today some new stuff of Rihanna again. For those of you who know the album, “S&M” won’t be new as it’s one of the catchy tunes of the LP. Heute gibt’s für euch fantastische neue Musik von Beth Ditto. Die Frontfrau von Gossip bringt jetzt nämlich eine Solo-Scheibe raus und die erste Single klingt wirklich vielversprechend! “I Wrote The Book” – das ist Beth Dittos unverwechselbare Stimme gepaart mit seeehr tanzbaren, elektronischen Klängen. So viele neue Singles und Videos wie Rihanna hat wohl in letzter Zeit keine andere Künstlerin veröffentlicht. Und es wird nicht weniger. Schon wieder gibt es ein neues Video zur Single “What’s My Name?”. Ich find’ sowohl den Song als auch das Video toll. Großes Ohrwurmpotential romantisch-verspielt umgesetzt. Besonders den kuschligen hellblauen Cardigan im Video mag ich sehr. Wenn ihr sehen wollt, was ich meine, dann seht euch das Video nach dem Klick an.

I think no other artist has released as many new singles and videos as Rihanna any time recently. And it’s not stopping. Again, there’s a new video out there for the single “What’s My Name?”. I like the song as well as the video. Great catchy tune potential romantically playful implemented. I especially like the cuddly light blue cardigan in the video.
