Das kleine Schwarze

Hier seht ihr mein neues Mini-Kleid/Longpullover von H&M. Es ist aus einem Viskose-Polyamid-Mix, was vielleicht erst mal nicht so nett klingt, aber es fühlt sich fantastisch an! Ganz weich! Und dank klassischer Farbe und schlichtem Schnitt kann man es zu allem kombinieren: Strumpfhose, Leggings, Jeans – oder eben auch zu nackten Beinen. Dazu noch ‘ne Kette und ein Tuch um den Hals geschwungen, schon ist man fertig. Eure Meinung?

What you can see here is my new mini-dress/long sweater from H&M. It’s made out of viscose and polyamide, which doesn’t sound that nice, but it actually feels fantastic to the touch! It’s really soft! And due to the classic colour and simple style you can combine it with everything: Tights, leggings, jeans – or with bare skin. Plus a necklace and a scarf and you’re ready to go. Your opinion?

MBFW NY S/S 2011 Favourite

Die New York Fashion Week ist vorbei und meine favorisierte Kollektion für Spring/Summer 2011 ist die von Vera Wang. Edle Stoffe, schlichte Farben, tolle Schnitte. Schwarz dominiert die Kollektion, was für Frühjahr/Sommer vielleicht etwas schwer erscheint. Zum jetzigen Wetter passen die Entwürfe aber sehr gut und ich mag schwarz ja sowieso ganz gerne. New York Fashion Week is over and my favourite collection for Spring/Summer 2011 is from Vera Wang. Precious fabrics, simple colours, great cuts. Black is the dominant colour of the collection, which might seem a little grave for Spring/Summer. But the designs go perfect with the current weather and I like black anyhow. A bag for University? Check!

Ich habe sie tatsächlich gefunden. Wenige Minuten vorm Boarding. Am Flughafen London Stansted. Eine neue Tasche für die Uni. Geräumig, robust, schön. Da passt alles rein: Macbook, Wasserflasche, Stifte, Schlüsselbund, Collegeblock, … Die Tasche eignet sich auch optimal als Weekender für einen Kurztrip. Gekauft hab ich das gute Stück bei Accessorize und das Beste daran: Duty-free und somit gute 6£ gespart! Mehr Bilder gibt’s nach dem Klick.

I actually found it. Just a few minutes before boarding. At London Stansted Airport. A new bag for university. Spacious, sturdy, gorgeous. It has room for everything: Macbook, a bottle of water, pens, a bunch of keys, pad, … It’s also an ideal weekender for a short trip. I bought it at Accessorize and the best thing about it: duty-free, which means I saved about 6£! See more pics after the jump.

Meine nicht enden wollende Ohrringsammlung wurde letzte Woche durch ein paar neue Stecker von Urban Outfitters erweitert. Aber hey, mit Schmuck ist das doch wie mit Schuhen: Davon kann Frau nie genug haben!

My never ending collection of earrings was extended last week with new ear studs of Urban Outfitters. But hey, it’s the same with jewellery and shoes: Women can’t have enough of them!

Only Girl

Es gibt was neues von Rihanna. Die Single “Only Girl” ist laut und tanzbar. Anfangs fand ich den Song etwas anstrengend, aber mittlerweile kann ich ihn mir als Remix auf der Tanzfläche ziemlich gut vorstellen. Reinhören könnt ihr nach dem Klick. Comments dazu sind übrigens erwünscht – wie immer!

There’s some new stuff of Rihanna out there. The new single “Only Girl” is loud and danceable. At first I thought the song was a little straining but by now I can imagine a good remix of it rocking the dancefloor. You can listen to it after the jump. And comments are wished-for, as always!

Dieses Outfit ist von Kopf bis Fuß von H&M. Oberteil und Tuch kennt ihr schon, die Leggings nicht. Die gab’s im H&M in Leeds für 7,99£. Mein Liebster versteht sie noch nicht so ganz aber ich find sie toll! Was meint ihr?

This outfit is from H&M, head to toe. You know the top part and the scarf but you don’t know the leggings. It’s from H&M in Leeds and cost 7,99£. My beloved doesn’t understand it yet but I like it! What do you think?

Explosive Volume

Ich bin zurück. Fühlt sich gut an endlich wieder zu bloggen. Ich hab mir, bereits bevor es nach England ging, eine neue Mascara gegönnt und die muss an dieser Stelle noch gezeigt werden, denn sie ist wirklich toll! Wie auch meine vorige Mascara ist diese von Manhattan, nur ist sie, wie ich finde, um einiges besser! “Volcano XXL Explosive Volume Mascara” ist richtig schön schwarz und verleiht tatsächlich ordentlich Volumen! Der Kauf hat sich gelohnt!

I’m back. Feels good to finally be blogging again. I bought, before I went to England last week, a new mascara and I need to show it here because it’s really great! As my previous mascara, this one’s from Manhattan again but I think it’s way better than the old one! “Volcano XXL Explosive Volume Mascara” is very black and actually gives your lashes a lot more volume! Worthwhile buy!

Wo Wir Grad’ Bei Taschen Sind…

Ich steh auf diese Canvas-Shopper. Keine Ahnung wieso ich die mag. Sind ja eigentlich nur lausige Stoffbeutel mit ‘nem Bild drauf. Aber sie sind eben irgendwie unkompliziert und deswegen möchte man sie mit sich herum tragen. Die abgebildeten Exemplare gibt’s bei Asos für je 10£. Vielleicht finde ich ja was ähnliches in Leeds, denn da geht’s heute Abend hin. Am Wochenende komm ich zurück, also verzeiht mir, wenn’s bis dahin nicht so viel von mir zu hören gibt.

As we’re already talking about bags… I like these canvas shoppers. Don’t know why. Actually they’re just lousy cloth bags with a print on them. But they’re kinda straightforward and that’s why you wanna carry them around. Those above are from Asos and you can get them for 10£ each. Maybe I’ll find something similar in Leeds ’cause that’s where I’m going tonight. Coming back at the weekend so don’t be mad if I can’t find the time to post a lot.

Wanted: A Bag For University

Bevor es an der HdM in wenigen Wochen wieder los geht habe ich noch das dringende Bedürfnis nach einer neuen Tasche. Meine alte fängt nämlich so langsam aber sicher an sich aufzulösen. In diversen Online-Shops bin ich auf die oben abgebildeten vier Modelle gestoßen und mein Favourite ist eindeutig die grüne Leder-Satchel-Bag von ASOS. Aber das ist erst der Anfang meiner Suche, also wenn jemand von euch Vorschläge hat: Immer her damit!

Before HdM starts in a few weeks, I totally feel the need for a new bag ’cause my old one slowly starts to fall apart. So I was going through several online shops and found the four bags that you can see above. My absolute favourite of those is the green leather satchel bag from ASOS. But that’s just the beginning of my search for a new bag, so if you guys have any suggestions: Tell me!
